Welcome to the Granite Curling Club
Founded in 1961, the Granite Curling Club (GCC) of Seattle is home to curlers of all abilities, including more national champions than any other club in the USA.
The "regular season" is October through March each year, and the "spring season" with reduced activities is April through June; there is no curling in July and August. During the regular and spring seasons, there are many Leagues, Bonspiels (competitions), and Open Houses. You're welcome to come out and participate, compete, or just watch the action.
The club facility is also available for Group Events throughout the regular and spring seasons. In addition to curling, there is a full bar and banquet hall that can be rented, which makes a great corporate outing, office party, birthday party, or other event!
No matter what your interest, come out to GCC to see our sport and our facility.
2010-2011 Open Houses
We will have just three open houses this curling season, in September 2010. If you are interested in trying curling at our club please don't wait! Join us on September 24, 25 or 26 since this will be your only opportunity this year to do so. Please see Open Houses for more details.
Chips Of Granite
The latest issue of the Chips of Granite is available. If you’re on the mailing list, you've already received an electronic copy. We’re also mailing a physical copy to all members, so check your mailbox! Don’t forget that the deadline for early league registration (September 20th) is rapidly approaching.
League Registration Open
The Registration Form for the 2010-2011 season has been posted to Documents. The Board has established a League Oversubscription Policy, which is also available in Documents. The deadline for early league registration (including full payment) is September 20th.

If you're a player looking for a team, or a team looking for a player, we suggest that you take advantage of the Discussion section of GCC's Facebook page to advertise your needs.
