Greetings GCC Members! You are cordially invited to our annual end-of-season celebration, awards banquet, and General Meeting. Once a year we come together to review the past year, celebrate our league, state, and national champions, and conduct our legally-mandated corporate business.

Dinner will be catered by our friends at Bitterroot BBQ, for a cost of $30 including wine and draft beer. You are welcome and encouraged to join us for the meeting at 6:30pm regardless of whether you purchase dinner!
If you will NOT be attending this year's meeting (we'll miss you!) please also use the form above to designate another member to receive your proxy vote. We require 20% of our membership to be present either in person or via proxy to conduct business at the meeting.
Notice of Proposed GCC Bylaw Amendments
The Board will be presenting the following proposed changes to the GCC Bylaws for adoption:
-Changes to the fiscal year to reflect Spring Leagues as part of the preceding season.
-Changes to improve budgeting and member notification of capital expenditures.
-Minor changes to clarify previously adopted bylaws related to notification of meetings.
