Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the club on Saturday, May 21. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30, dinner will be served at 5:30, and the meeting itself will start at 6:30.
At the AGM we will review the past year, present next year's budget, vote in new board members, recognize this year's champions and award winners, and give out league crystal. We will also vote on two changes to our bylaws - regarding quorum and notice of meeting.
To RSVP, please visit our AGM RSVP page, log in, and follow the instructions to let us know if you will attend the meeting and if you will join us for dinner, or to assign your proxy if necessary.
All club members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The cost for dinner is $30 per person. You are more than welcome to come for the meeting only and not dinner.
Junior members and members who just joined the club for Spring 2016 may not vote at the AGM but are still encouraged to join us for dinner and/or the meeting.
If you cannot attend, please RSVP "No" and assign your proxy vote to any current GCC member who will attend the meeting. This is important so that we will have quorum at the AGM. A list of attending board members is provided for your convenience but you may assign your proxy to any member.
Each member must RSVP individually. If you would like to bring a non-member guest to dinner, there is an option to purchase additional dinners. Please do not purchase additional dinners for voting club members - please have the member RSVP separately so we can accurately count the number of voting members attending the meeting.
