The 2012-2013 Registration Form and Waiver is available. Please note that in order to be guaranteed a spot in the same league(s) you played in last year, you must return your registration form, waiver, and full payment to the club no later than September 20. Please contact either Barry Van Weiringen or Jim Sullivan if this is a financial hardship for you. All such queries will be handled in strictest confidence. Please see the club League Oversubscription Policy for information on how oversubscription will be handled. Also please note that if you submit payment for a league and due to oversubscription do not end up registered for the league, your payment will be refunded to you. Even if you are not returning to a league you played in last year, we encourage you to send in your registration form early, since the order in which registration forms were received may be taken into consideration when open league spots are filled.
