Scout BSA Troop 422 Open House/Come Learn to Curl - Session 2

This event is open to all members of the Scout BSA Troop 422 and their friends and family. We will have one sheet of ice available and can accommodate 8 people. Registration is done via a separate link for each session time.

During your time on the ice, we will provide instruction on the basics of curling and play a short game.

Helmets are required for all participants 13 years of age and younger although we strongly recommend that all individuals wear head protection. We do our very best to instruct everyone how to curl safely, but ice is slippery and accidents can and do happen. We encourage everyone to wear head protection. Examples of acceptable head protection include:
Impact head guards
Properly fitting bicycle, skateboard, ski, snowboard, or hockey helmets

COVID-19 Policy
Granite Curling Club requires everyone over age 12 be fully vaccinated and bring proof of your vaccine status (vaccine card or picture).

Dress in layers with a light jacket, sweater, or sweatshirt. Initially, it will be chilly on the ice, but you can get quite warm once you start playing. The air temperature is usually between 40 and 42 degrees.
