Safety & Waivers

Each participant must fill out a Participation Waiver.

  • If you are curling with others, make sure to use the GROUP CODE provided in the first registration email.
  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver on their behalf.

What to Bring

  • Head protection is recommended for all and required for participants aged 7-13. Participants must supply their own unexpired, properly fitted multi-sport or ice helmet. No helmet = no ice time. This policy is strictly enforced, and children aged 7-13 will not be permitted on the ice without a helmet.
  • Carry in a pair of clean athletic shoes with flat, rubber soles. Shoes should have with no metal hooks or attachments. All participants must use provided grippers on the ice surface.

Please CARRY THESE IN, do not wear them in. When worn outside, shoes get dirty quickly!

  • You will not be allowed on the ice without appropriate footwear.
  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing — dress in layers (it’s usually 40–42°F on the ice).
  • Refillable water bottle with a lid.
