Welcome to Granite Curling Club

Granite Curling Club of Seattle is home to curlers of all abilities, including more national champions than any other club in the USA.

Come Try Curling

We have open houses throughout the season - come learn what curling is all about and try it out. Discover why it's harder than it looks - and some muscles you'd forgotten about.

Where is Granite?

Granite Curling Club is in North Seattle's Haller Lake Neighborhood - between Aurora Ave N and I-5.

Come play in a bonspiel

Bonspiels are weekend competitions - often with a theme. We'll even help you find a team.

Bring Your Friends Curling

Bring your whole work or social group to curl in a group event. We can support groups of any size for private events.

Club to Host 2019 Mixed Doubles National

Granite hosts the Mixed Doubles National Championship February 27th to March 3rd. New this year is, similar to the Men's and Women's championships, the twelve team field is decided by World Curling Tour points, winning certain bonspiels, and a challenge round.

Last weekend at our annual Awards Banquet and General Meeting, we were proud to announce the recipients of this year's club-wide awards.

The Cruickshank Award, named after club founder and second president Cliff Cruickshank, is awarded annually to the member who represents the true Granite Spirit of Curling, as demonstrated through their outstanding volunteer service to GCC. This year's recipient was Lisa Rauliuk. Lisa has been the driving force behind our Juniors program for many years, and continues to contribute both to the Juniors program as well as using her creativity and enthusiasm to help our bonspiels and throughout the club. Congrats, Lisa!
