Our Annual General Meeting, coming up on Saturday May 16. Dinner starts at 5 pm, and the meeting starts at 7. You do not have to have dinner to participate in the meeting (though Bitterroot is catering so you know it will be delicious!). The cost for dinner is $30 and may be paid by sending in or dropping off a cheque, requesting a PayPal invoice, or paying at the event.
At the AGM we will review the year that has just passed, elect our new board members for the coming year, recognize our state, national, and world champions, and award crystal to our league winners. All members are welcome to attend - even new spring members (though note that new spring members may not vote at the AGM).
Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan for the event. Even if you cannot attend, please RSVP via the link below. We would greatly appreciate it if you would assign your proxy to someone so that we can achieve quorum and conduct club business.
